Privacy Policy
How Satisium UI collects, uses, and protects your data.
Overview
Satisium UI is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.
Data We Collect
We collect anonymous usage data to improve the documentation experience and understand which components are most useful.
Analytics Data
When you consent to analytics, we may collect:
- Page views — which documentation pages you visit
- Events — actions like copying code, using the command menu, or installing components
- Performance metrics — Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) to monitor site speed
- Errors — client-side error messages (no stack traces or personal data)
Public Metrics
We track aggregate, anonymous metrics for CLI installs and documentation views to display community interest. These metrics are not tied to individuals.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are only set after you give explicit consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser data for this site.
Third-Party Services
- PostHog — product analytics (self-hosted or cloud, depending on configuration)
- Upstash Redis — anonymous public counter storage
- Cloudinary — image and video delivery for component demos
Data Retention
Analytics events are retained for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Public metrics are retained indefinitely as aggregate counters.
Your Rights
- Opt out — Use the consent banner to decline analytics
- Access — Contact us if you want to know what data is stored about you
- Deletion — Clear your browser data for this site to remove consent and associated identifiers
